Alex Pacheco is a retired federal law enforcement officer and co-author of "On the Line: Inside the U.S. Border Patrol". Alex is experienced working in the high-risk environments of Tijuana, Mexico, the Darien province of Panama, and Guatemala, Alex has trained law enforcement and security personnel across the globe.
